MJ left in his will clear instructions regarding the disbursement of his estate and for the care of his kids. Some of the main points were printed in newspapers and broadcast on news shows. What's going on now is everyone's trying to throw his will out the window and grab what they can get. There shouldn't be a case for a judge to make a decision on.
