Hi i want to know whether my mother gets equal share in ancestral prop bec my mother was born before 1956.?

we are fighting for equal property share in ancestral prop my mother has 1 bigger sister and 4 smaller sisters and 2 elder brothers brothers are not giving equal share my mom and 3 sisters where born before 1956 and the remaining sisters were born after 1956 can we get equal share according to Hindu succession act 2004 and high court judgment of Karnataka on 20/03/2010 we are living in Karnataka
