Brandon Jennings rookie of the year? best current PG?

Brandon Jennings is defineltly going to have a great shot at the rookie of the year. There are other players that are going to put up a fight like Tyreke Evans. He is definetly not the best current point gaurd, he hasn't proven his skills fully yet. Ide say that in a few years when he has fully developed into an NBA player he could be one of the elite point gaurds
