Have you ever used the wrong email address?

I once sent my supervisor my resignation in an email, only to find out that it went to the wrong person. I worked for the State, and most everybody's email address was their first initial and their last name @blahblahblah.com. If someone shared the same name, their email address was different in some way. I never sent my supervisor an email, so I umed it was like I just explained above. Low and behold, somebody else got my resignation, and turned it in to the right person, but not before sharing it with other people! That was embarring!
