Can I sue an LLC no longer in business?

I won case against a former landlord in Connecticut small claims court but haven't received payment. The landlord who was listed as an LLC is no longer in business and has since sold the building. I know where the landlord lives which is the same address as the former LLC was. Can I get an execution order against the landlord as an individual to get payment made? Since the judgment was against the LLC which has been dissolved, how can I get payment for the claim?
