Why don't car companies put old and great muscle cars back into production?

The great muscle cars like the '71 Plymouth Hemi Cuda, The awesome '69 Camaro, '70 chevelle and countless other that escape my mind. Why aren't these cars in production still?? Back to the old sheet metal and chuck the plastic crap they're made of now. Why did they stop?
