Do you think this could be serious?

It could be many different things. But i would push the blood clot issue due to there was a girl i knew and she gave birth to a baby girl then the doctors thought she might have a blood clot in her leg so they put her on blood thinners. they took her off of them because after a while they didn't think it was a blood clot and not long after that she died from the blood clot going from her leg to her brain so just be careful and make sure they run alot of test to determin what the problem is.
