C section information. ?

I'm getting a c section in 2 weeks on 9/11 my baby girl is breech. just wondering if anyone can give me any information i should know about getting a c section. will i be able to go to the bathroom on my own??? and change my famine pad on my own? and do i have to wear those hospital gowns the whole time ? i want to wear my cute PJ's as soon as possible to make me feel more confident. so any other information you may have please tell me, this is my first and i want to be as much educated for it as possible..
