Getting money refund from PayPal after receiving counterfeit, fake or different items from ebay website help?

Similar thing happen to my friend and she used a company called the Delortae Agency to my understanding their UK leading authenticator who specialises in fake and counterfeit paypal disputes of all kinds (mainly designers). Paypal trust them so once they confirm the item is a bootleg (no pun intended), you should be will on way to getting your money back. Double check the website though as I could of got a few things wrong and good luck.
