My dog has nasal discharge and has had a prognosis of possible distemper.?

We took her to the vet on Friday night for labored breathing, but turned out it was only because her little nose was congested. They said that although they don't think it's distemper, it was a concern. She's been on antibiotics ever since. Before we took her on Friday, she had some sneezing, but no other indications that she was sick at all. I got her on tuesday the 5th of July and this was the 9th. I actually met her at the shelter on friday July 2 but couldn't take her home until the 5th due to the fact she had to be fixed first. My puppy still eats, drinks, plays, and goes the bathroom like she should, just has nasal discharge. Took her to the vet for a recheck today and her lungs are still clear..I'm so worried and this waiting it out sucks..anyone have any advice..I just hope its not fatal :( :( :(.
