Well now that they have that stupid 40-60 rule now, I would recommend having 60 cards. Contrary to what people say its not to much and trust me, I whip me 60 card Spellcaster deck out and everyone who was saying it was too much got beat. I think it helps you more to have 60 cards rather than 40.
