How do I rid myself of the white capsules that seem to anchor every pubic hair attached to my sacs?

These nobules seem to harbor sulfuric acids that are impossible to rid or wash away from me. They are begining to march downward to my area and with every m.m. there seems to be a level of contortion lost. To put it simply-the pleasure of eliminating is diminishing as this condition advances. Any suggestions would be considered.
