Guy Help....What should I do?

So i liek this guy and he (likes me too?) i have to explain this all......Our oarents are friends, so i see him at parties and we dont go to the same school. He obviously shows he is interested in me but hey, were only 15. I got his SN from my friend, and started talking to him. He flirts sooooooo much and got my number (was i that obviously desperate?) I tell everyone I hate him, when really hes in all my dreams. NOW, i am not allowed to date, and have a boyfriend. My parents want me to be anti-dating. The last time I saw him was when our parents had a New Years party in NY, and he was literally "flirting on his knees." Since then we have been texting and so and so, but i thought he was loosing interest. BUT when my friends recently sw him at a party, they said he was looking for me, but didn;t say it. They said they could see him looking around, showing off, as if I were there and he couldn;t see me. What should I do? Every1 thinks i hate him, and he;s probably loosing intrest in me!
